Located in the heart of Newark’s South Ward, 212–218 Jelliff Avenue is a newly designed multi-family residential project tailored for modern urban living. This 9,000 square foot lot is being transformed into a five-story apartment building featuring between 20 to 36 residential units, with 5 to 6 units per floor, depending on the final configuration.
As the Design Architect, I led the development of this fully residential complex to emphasize both elegance and efficiency—incorporating clean vertical lines, a contemporary color palette, and a textured façade combining fiber cement panels and brick. Residents will benefit from 32 on-site parking spaces, integrated at the ground level for easy access and functionality.
With a focus on walkability and connectivity, this project is ideally positioned near transit routes, retail corridors, and local schools—making it a perfect fit for professionals, families, and individuals seeking high-quality design in an emerging community.
