Westchester Medical Center—LINAC Replacement

Approximately 1250 sqft

Role: Healthcare Design Consultant employed by Jeffrey Berman Architect

This project involved the replacement of a linear accelerator (LINAC) at Westchester Medical Center, requiring precision coordination of high-tech medical equipment within a tightly controlled environment.

Using Building Information Modeling (BIM), we were able to streamline design and collaboration, ensuring seamless integration of complex systems. BIM allowed our team to accurately simulate, visualize, and resolve potential conflicts before construction, resulting in higher efficiency, fewer errors, and optimized calibration of the specialty equipment.

This approach delivered a high-performance space tailored to the medical center’s needs—both functionally and technologically.
