Multiple Locations | Fast-Casual Restaurant Design
Role: Design Architect

This project involved the design and spatial planning for multiple Bubbakoo’s Burritos fast-casual dining locations, each tailored to deliver a modern, energetic, and efficient customer experience that reflects the brand’s bold identity.

As Design Architect, William A. Moses helped shape the in-store customer journey—from the entry sequence to the service counter flow and dining areas. The layout maximizes space efficiency while encouraging a high-energy, community-driven dining atmosphere.

Key Design Features:

  • Vibrant, branded color palette featuring signature neon greens, blackboard walls, and natural wood tones
  • Custom millwork and booth seating to enhance comfort and traffic flow
  • Exposed ceilings and accent lighting that amplify the open, urban aesthetic
  • Digital menu integration and high-visibility signage for fast service turnover
  • Indoor-outdoor connectivity with patio seating zones (where applicable)

Each location was designed to be easily replicable but flexible enough to adapt to different retail shells and city requirements—balancing brand consistency with contextual adaptability.
